15-Foot Box Trucks
When transporting a large cargo, we recommend our 15-foot box truck. Each truck is 15 feet long with a freight capacity of 3,000 pounds. They take regular gasoline and do not require a commercial driver’s license to operate. 15-foot box trucks are available with your choice of a ramp, a lift gate, or neither.
20-Foot Box Trucks
For extra-large deliveries, choose our 20-foot box truck. At 20 feet long, these vehicles boast a freight capacity of 5,000 pounds. No CDL license is required, and the trucks take regular gasoline. All 20-foot box trucks come with a lift gate for your convenience.
Refrigerated 16-Foot Box Trucks
Keep ingredients chilled while on the road with our 16-foot refrigerated truck. Ideal for hot weather or long journeys, these 16-foot trucks refrigerate to 45 degrees. Your rental package includes a 220-volt power cord to keep the refrigerator unit on while the engine is not running.
Cargo Vans
For smaller jobs, we recommend our cargo van. Each vehicle is 10 feet long, five feet wide, and four-and-a-half feet high, giving you ample space to transport supplies for a small- to mid-scale event. Extra features offer enhanced comfort for the driver and one passenger.
Passenger Vans
When you need to transport your staff to events, we offer 15-passenger vans and minivans. The 15-passenger vans have four rows of seats for comfortable rides, while the minivans seat up to seven staff members.
Transit Cargo Vans
Give yourself extra headroom with one of our transit cargo vans. Taller than standard cargo vans, these vehicles offer extra headroom for comfort and storage space. They also have a higher payload capacity, letting you take heavier cargoes on the road with confidence.

Rental offers daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates, giving you the flexibility to match your schedule. Book ahead to have your vehicle prepared in advance. Take one of our quick quotes when you need a vehicle on short notice. Additional fees may apply for extra mileage, gas charges, and late returns.
What Do I Need to Rent a Cargo Van?
To rent a truck or van at C.C. Rental, you’ll need to meet a few requirements. These tell us that you are qualified to operate a vehicle and pay our rental fee. Our simple requirements include having a valid driver’s license and meeting a minimum age requirement (age varies by vehicle type).
You’ll also need to open an account and fill out a credit card authorization form. Once you fill it out, email it back to info@ccrentalnyc.com with proof of insurance.
