Quick easy and to-the-point rental at fair prices. I was shocked that it didn’t take me 45 minutes just to get the damn van, I was in an out not even 5 minutes for both pickup and drop off. There was a misunderstanding with the gas charge and they were accommodating which I appreciated. They also have a grace period for 24 hour rentals which was clutch. CC Rental is the best rental service I have ever used.  They make the process of reserving, picking up, and returning so easy.  Because they are open for pick-up and drop-off 24/7, it takes the guesswork out of returns and saves you money.  Their rates are very straightforward, fair, and easy to understand. When you call to make your reservation, their customer service is so efficient.  I was never on hold, and I had my reservation confirmation in my email seconds before we go off the call. Update: I've now used cc rental several times and still believe they're 5 stars and 10/10. Pricing, customer service, and overall experience are all really great. I've rented cargo vans, transit vans, and box trucks. Great overall experience and no complaints, but I have one serious feedback for management/owner. There should be a quick guide for first time box truck renters because as I now know driving box trucks is very different than driving a van. The quick guide should 1) Explain how the battery dies if the lift is used without engine running. And if the battery dies explain where the battery is and how to jump start it. 2) Speed limits for that specific truck on highways, turns, etc... what lanes are legal to drive in and which ones are not 3) These box trucks aren't safe or legal to drive on parkways, only express and high. There are entire separate maps and apps for these types of trucks that will offer legal/safe routes to each destination. It would be nice to include one or two of them. 4) The height of the vehicle and what types of signs to look out for and heed the warnings. 5) Some sort of number, support, roadside assistance that can be contacted. We tried AAA and couldn't get through so the police ended up helping us Jumpstart the car. This may all be common sense to some, but not everyone, especially not to younger first time renters. If the people on the parkway hadn't worked so hard to stop and warn us we could have ended up in a very dangerous situation. Thankfully everything worked out and there weren't any major issues. ------- They're a really great, honest and wonderful business. Shout out to the kind people who work here. Incredibly easy to work with. I left my personal keys in the van and they were massively helpful in getting them back to me. Solid rates for rentals as well, and the location is hard to beat. Our company has always been well served by C.C.
