Rentals begin at the time of pickup. ONE DAY is defined by a 24 hour period. For example, if a vehicle is picked up at 10:45 pm, it is due back at 10:45 pm the following day. As a courtesy, we give our customers a 1-hour grace period for returns before they begin to incur additional charges. Our overtime policy is as follows:

• If a vehicle is returned up to 1 hour late, there is no additional charge
• If a vehicle is returned between 1-2 hours late, there is a $20
 overtime fee
• If a vehicle is returned between 2-3 hours late, there is a $40
 overtime fee
• If a vehicle is returned more than 3 hours late, the customer will be charged for an additional

GAS CHARGES

The gas levels on every vehicle will be checked and notated  upon pick-up and drop-off. If the vehicle is returned to us with less gas in the tank than it had when it picked up, a gas charge will be added to the bill.

 LOCATION SWITCH CHARGE

Vehicles must be picked up and dropped off from the same location. There will be a 25$ charge for all vehicle returned to a different location.
